With a passion for community, connection and people, Kat enjoys being able to help others and causes she believes in, through real estate. She understands the importance of being a tough negotiator during the big decision of buying or selling real estate. “Real estate is like a great coffee shop,” Kat says. “It’s a meeting ground for all sorts of people, professions and personalities and a lot can be accomplished with those ingredients”.
Originally from Southern California with roots in South Dakota. She holds a bachelor’s in healthcare administration and worked as an hospital administrator for 10 years before opening two start-up companies as an operations manager. Continuing in her entrepreneurial journey, Kat later opened up her own healthy concept coffee and kitchen in California.
On her free time, Kat enjoys the beach, traveling and spending time with her husband Kyle, son Sawyer Lee, and their dog Luna.
