What makes me special? 

Serving all of Maui, agent Kat Sirignano joins The Agency Maui Wailea office. With a passion for community, connection and people, Kat enjoys being able to help others and causes she believes in, through real estate. She understands the importance of being a tough negotiator during the big decision of buying or selling real estate. With a broad network of realtors and powerful marketing tools, Kat strives to make home-selling or buying a memorable experience with great results.

“Real estate is like a great coffee shop,” Kat says. “It’s a meeting ground for all sorts of people, professions and personalities and a lot can be accomplished with those ingredients”.

Originally from Southern California with roots in South Dakota, Kat has been on Maui since 2019. She holds a bachelor’s in healthcare administration and worked as an hospital administrator for 10 years before opening two start-up companies as an operations manager. Continuing in her entrepreneurial journey, Kat later opened up her own healthy concept coffee and kitchen in California.

Aside from selling real estate, Kat acts as the secretary for the Young Professionals Network which organizes real estate events to benefit the community and was recently accepted to the Hawaii Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. She is also works closely with the Young and Brave Foundation. On her free time, Kat enjoys the beach, pottery and spending time at with her husband Kyle, son Sawyer Lee, and their dog Luna.
