It started on a random beach walk. We were starting to look at buying property, seeing an open house, and we went in and met Kat.  We had friends who were real estate agents and wanted business but Kat seemed very knowledgeable about the area, so we took her contact information. She sent lots of different homes and what we wanted evolved. She was always there to answer any questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would find it promptly,  and I mean same day promptly ! Our situation with the final home we ended up buying was very unique, to say the least. In short, we knew of a property, but it's wasn't on the market. Kat tracked down the owner, helped his fight for closure, and he ended up selling to us. That is a super condensed, simplified way to explain it, but what I am trying to get at is that Kat went completely above and beyond what any other real estate agents would have done for us. We hit so many dead ends, but kat kept pushing and fighting for us to get our dream property. We are so grateful that we found her on that random beach walk, and if you have found her, I hope you realize how lucky you are.
